Q. Where is your sale taking place?   

Our sale is happening both in-store and online. You’ll find a wide range of discounted and ex-display pieces in our Singapore showroom, while our online store features a curated selection of sale items. Whether you prefer to browse in person or shop from home, our team are also available to help you find the perfect piece.

Q. Can I return an item if it doesn’t suit once I get it home?   

All sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable, so we encourage you to review your selection carefully before purchasing. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q. Can you hold an item without a deposit?   

Due to limited stock and high demand during the sale, we’re unable to hold items without a full deposit. We recommend securing your favourite pieces early to avoid disappointment.

Q. Will more stock be added during the sale?   

Yes! We’ll be refreshing our showroom floors throughout the sale period with new items. Our design consultants are on hand to assist with any stock enquiries and help you find the perfect piece.

Q. Has my order been shipped yet?   

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, rest assured our team is working hard to get it out to you. Due to high demand, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

Q. When will my in-store purchase be delivered?   

We aim to deliver all in-store purchases within 2 weeks of your order being placed. Our team will be in touch to coordinate delivery and ensure a smooth experience.
