Storagemilano

The architecture and design studio storagemilano was founded in Milan in 2002 by Barbara Ghidoni, Marco Donati and Michele Pasini. Its work spans every aspect of a project, from the architectural shell to furniture, with a particular emphasis on materials and forms, and pursues new aesthetic directions and spatial solutions shaped around each client.

For Gebrüder Thonet Vienna the studio designed the NYNY unit, which reworks bent wood and woven cane with a strong emotional presence, and the OttoW headboard, whose bent beech structure creates a wood-panelling effect.
