The Nadir leather bed, designed by Draga & Aurel for Baxter, is rooted in the primal concepts of protection and grounding. More than just a piece of bedroom furniture, Nadir is a true living space: an invitation to stay, to slow down, and to indulge in the luxury of suspended time. Inspired by evocative vintage imagery, the design reinterprets rest as a contemporary landscape, fully upholstered and modular. Horizontal volumes, soft lines, and generous proportions create a magnetic balance between a bohemian spirit and primitive elegance. It is a place to pause, a welcoming refuge designed to be inhabited at any time of day, transforming the bedroom into an oasis of total well-being. Launched in Italy on January 1990, Baxter is the combination of experience and passion, a sense for business, a desire not to follow the rules, and the spirit and feeling evoked by the Made in Italy philosophy.
