Sergio Schito is credited by Kartell as co-designer, with Philippe Starck, of seating including the Cara armchair, which combines the rigour of classic lines with the comfort of a large, high cushion: a blend of formalism and technological innovation, with an industrial vibe, that extends Kartell’s range of soft furnishings.

For Kartell the pair also designed Catwalk, a chair inspired by haute couture and fashion shows, for homes and contract spaces, indoors and out; Cara comes in indoor and outdoor versions in a wide range of fabrics.
