OrtegaGuijarro

Carlos Guijarro and Alex Ortega founded the design studio OrtegaGuijarro in Barcelona in 2017. With backgrounds in industrial and interior design, they set out to create individual and surprising solutions for everyday life, searching for the ideal meeting point of curiosity, experimentation and technical innovation, across disciplines that take in art, fashion and technology.

Their trademark is a clear yet poetic aesthetic. For ClassiCon they designed the Sol Side Table, built from glass panels of different sizes and winner of a Stylepark Selected Award, and its 1:5 scale Sol Side Table Miniature.
