Luis Arrivillaga

Luis Arrivillaga was born in Guatemala and graduated in mechanical engineering in 2005, then moved to Milan for masters in industrial design and interior design. After a period in London he opened Luis A. Arrivillaga Studio in Milan in 2011, collaborating with companies and professionals including Prospero Rasulo, and in 2015 founded Arrivillaga Basile Design Studio with Giulia Basile.

For Living Divani he designed the Ceiba coat stand, a dance of slender structures that close and reopen around a central pin, offering different points of view and ways of use.
