Lanzavecchia + Wai

Lanzavecchia + Wai is the collaboration of Francesca Lanzavecchia, born in Pavia in 1983, and Hunn Wai, born in London in 1980, who began working together at the Design Academy Eindhoven under Gijs Bakker, co-founder of Droog Design. Established in 2009 with studios in Italy and Singapore, they work as researchers, engineers, craftsmen and storytellers, and were named Young Design Talent of the Year at the 2014 Elle Décor International Design Awards.

For Living Divani they designed Pebble, a desk with mirror and stools whose organic forms recall lake pebbles, on slender legs tapered like rushes.
