Felicia Arvid
Danish designer Felicia Arvid began in fashion design, selling her first creations to Japan at the age of 18, and went on to study architecture at the Glasgow School of Art. Drawn to the interplay of uniqueness and repetition, she merges material, function and construction; for Caimi Brevetti she designed the Klipper acoustic panel, winner of the Compasso d’Oro.
Pli, her first lamp for Foscarini, turns the light source into the structure: like a needle through a thin sheet, it holds soft folds, drapes and waves in place.
