Claire Vos

Claire Vos, born in Tegelen in 1965, studied industrial design at the Design Academy Eindhoven and trained with Studio Benno Premsela and Creation Baumann before graduating in 1990 with her partner Roderick Vos, with whom she then spent a year in Indonesia learning rattan and textile production. In 1999 they founded Studio Roderick Vos in Heusden Vesting, and in 2016 they became art directors of the Dutch brand Pode.

Her Tulip design, from the 2021 Liquid Layers collection, lives on for Moooi Carpets in Mixing Pixels of Tulip, reworked by Ruben de Haas with every detail kept.
