Volkshaus Stool
On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2024, ClassiCon presents its new VOLKSHAUS range of furniture, designed by the renowned architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron. In addition to an oak lounge chair and stool, with seats and backrests of hardwearing cord, the collection also includes a matching side table made of solid oak. The complex construction of the frames with intersecting X shapes of square timber is inspired by traditional wooden joints as used in Japanese architecture. Due to its asymmetrical design, the sculptural furniture looks different from every angle - and can be used in a wide variety of rooms.
