Arflex

In 1947, a group of technicians based in Pirelli in Italy began experimenting with new materials and technologies in the creation of cutting-edge, modern furniture. This was the beginning of the Arflex brand, established on the meeting of technology and aesthetic sensibilities, and driven by a high level of research and experimentation. Officially presented to the public in 1951, Arflex quickly gained recognition for their manufacturing philosophy.

Studio Asai

Studio Asaï was founded in 2014 by the architect Antoine Simonin, after the early years of his career with Andrée Putman and then Jean-François Bodin. The studio takes on residential and hotel projects with the same appetite, from a Haussmann apartment on Avenue Henri-Martin in Paris to a windmill in the hills of Sintra.

Its references run from Arts and Crafts and wabi-sabi to Adolf Loos, brought out in marble veining and the patina of chosen woods. In 2018 the studio designed the Sigmund collection for Arflex.
