IT SYSTEMS & NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR – REGIONAL SUPPORT (SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA)

Location: Singapore (with regional responsibilities) 
Employment Type: Part-Time ( 2 to 3 times per week)

About the Role: 
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems & Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and configure Windows Server, Active Directory, and office 365 
  • Oversee network administration and ensure uptime across regional offices.
  • Manage PBX systems and ensure reliable communication infrastructure.
  • Perform and monitor daily backup operations and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, notebooks, printers, and office applications.
  • Log and manage support tickets efficiently.
  • Track IT assets, manage warranties, and ensure software licensing compliance.
  • Handle procurement of IT equipment and liaise with vendors for specialized support.
  • Provide in-house software support and conduct user training sessions.
  • Support CCTV, Access Control, and Air Conditioning systems.
  • Coordinate stocktake operations using barcode scanning tools.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for KL operations and other Asia-based offices.
  • Take on ad-hoc IT duties as required.
  • Report to Group Head of IT in Australia

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in IT systems and network administration in small and medium size business
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11 environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and regional responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with vendors and cross-functional teams.
