After the namesake armchair with its slender profile and expertly tailored design that was presented in 2014, the project Metropolitan ’14 by Jeffrey Bernett is extended with a cosy modern sofa that always features the continuous line presented by both seat and armrest. But the innovative touch is the base with four spokes.
Jeffrey Bernett
In 1995 Jeffrey Bernett founded his New York-based multi-disciplinary design consultancy Studio B. Bernett works in many areas of design, from residential and office furniture, to household products, lighting, transportation design, jewellery, graphics, packaging, interior architecture, design communication and strategic planning. Bernett has often been the first American chosen to work with several of his European clients. Clients includes B&B Italia, Boffi, Estee Lauder, Knoll, Loreal, Michael Kors, Northwest Airlines and Samsonite.
