Lodovico Acerbis
Lodovico Acerbis was born in Albino, near Bergamo, in 1939 and graduated in economics and business in Milan. In 1963 he joined his father’s company, founded in 1870 as a carpentry workshop, to create design furniture with the most advanced technologies and the best materials.
Under his direction Acerbis grew into a leading industrial company, and he combined the roles of industrialist and designer, often working with Giotto Stoppino. His designs include the Sheraton, Parioli, Ludwig and NC sideboards and the Menhir tables.
