Responsibilities

Responsible for the effective running and management of projects.  

  • Plan realistic work schedules, project planning and maintain program status reports
  • Identify issues and provide solutions for the successful completion and timely handover of projects
  • Managing contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life cycle is followed through and performed in accordance to project requirements. Control and supervise their activities and expenses within allotted budgets.
  • Ensure the meeting of project requirements specified in the contract and meeting the required standards in wardrobe / kitchen installation pertaining to CONQUAS, BCA requirements
  • Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) activities to ensure team compliance with requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Building Management / M&E or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in project management
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Committed and hard working person
  • Independent, resourceful and able to plan, coordinate site delivery / installation / handover
  • Possess own transport
