Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle retail responsibilities, including housekeeping, as well as work with the design community to promote the brands
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
  • Fulfill all client briefs and enquiries and respond to all quotations required
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and to be independently updated on competitor’s products and activities
  • Support relevant events by assisting to host clients and guests, and to ensure highest level of showroom presentation


  • High degree of interest in design
  • Self starting individual and motivated team player
  • Friendly disposition with good understanding of customer service
  • Solutions and hands-on approach in handling customers’ requirements
  • Diploma Holder or its equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • PR or Malaysian
