With its precisely orchestrated flowing lines, thickening and tapering to form a pleasing rhythm, the chair is a signature expression of contemporary design. At the same time, the choice of materials and their treatment recalls the work of the great Brazilian design masters of the 1960s and 70s. The cord seat and backrest lend the chair a special lightness and transparency, unfolding a fascinating graphic play of lines, especially when in motion. With fabric or leather upholstery, it takes on the feel of an elegant club chair.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0343/0062/5036/files/classicon-euvira-rocking-chair-1792x1174px.jpg?v=1793968482
classicon-euvira-lounge-chair
Euvira Lounge Chair

With the Euvira Lounge Chair, Jader Almeida continues the tradition of the great Brazilian design masters of the 1960s and 1970s with superior ease; at the same time, he finds his own individual and contemporary expression. The concisely shaped forms, finely orchestrated lines and transitions between thickening and tapering materials lend the chair a solid yet elegant appearance. The cord-covered surfaces create a graphic play of lines, providing the chair with both transparency and high seating comfort. In dark stained oak with black cord, the Euvira Lounge Chair most clearly refers to the origins of its designer. In light oak with hemp-coloured cord cover, it almost looks like a Scandinavian furniture classic.
