The Administrator role is to facilitate the smooth running of the daily operation of Space KL showroom. He/She supports various departments and plays a vital role within the company.

The Administrator should have a good standard of English, strong organisational skills and a high degree of attention to details. As part of the team member, he/she is required to be energetic and flexible individuals who provide efficient and professional administrative support within the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Sales team
  • Process sales orders and other related documents
  • Event organization and Marketing support
  • Handle reception duties and customer enquiries

 

Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma Holder or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably with Marketing background
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
