Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Process sales order and other related documents
  • Event organisation and customer enquiries
  • Project Management of planning and organising, scheduling and delivery, installation and control of projects pertaining to Wardrobe/kitchen and residential furniture
  • Attend site meetings. Co-ordinate and liaise with 3rd party vendors, trade specifiers and main contractors in matters pertaining to projects/jobs
  • Ensure timely delivery, installation and completion of jobs pertaining to industry standards / customers’ satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma Holder or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience especially in project/site management; those with experiences in logistics management will be an added advantage
  • With technical knowledge and installation of furniture preferably in wardrobe/kitchen
  • An eye for details
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
